Research
Molly's research focuses on carnivore movement and ecology in human-dominated landscapes. Her dissertation projects focus on different aspects of human-carnivore relationships: the first on how an invasive plant species can change carnivore use of habitat in a human-dominated agricultural/riparian region; the second on the spatial ecology of raccoons, living in primarily urban landscapes; and finally, on the coexistence of mesopredators such as raccoons, striped skunks, and Virginia opossums in human-dominated systems.
